Hailing from Brazil, Connie and Thiago Lisboa bring their county’s authentic style of barbecue to Central Florida via their food truck, “Steak it Easy.” Specializing in “Espetinho,” a Brazilian-style of cooking meat on a skewer directly on charcoal, Steak it Easy offers traditional Brazilian favorites such as Picahna Steak, Steak Cheeseburgers, and Chicken Skewers topped with fresh Chimichurri.
