Work out, drink beer, and mingle with other fellow athletes. We will be hosting Barbells and Brews, who are inviting athletes to come out for a friendly Saturday morning competition. It does not matter which division you are, just get out of the box and enjoy a workout in a different atmosphere. It is open to all and family friendly. The competition will be $15.00 per person (includes a post-workout drink) and same sex teams of two. Let's have some fun!
